Small hotel located at the edge of Soho area - 10 mins walking distance to Canal Street (china market) and SoHo shopping street. Subway stop located at 3 mins walk. Decent room size (especially for NYC). Complimentary breakfast and all day access to cafe area with complimentary tea, coffee and juice.microwave and fridge. Since we were a family with 5 adults - it was good to sit around there during the evening to unwind or eat takeout dinner!Air conditioning in the room was really old and noisy, if you wanted to bring the temperature down a bit. If you left it at the default setting it was ok, but it was kind of warm for my taste. Breakfast area was really crowded.

Location was excellent, right in the middle of Soho with restaurants and shops all around. Very chic and nice neighborhood. 2 different metro stations very close. Staff was super helpful and nice, and breakfast was excellent, you could choose pretty much anything you wanted.I wish they had a pool. The rooftop was amazing

The staff was incredibly amazing! Location was amazing, close to a lot of shopping spot!I can not really fault much. Mini-bar would have been nice to have but not a show stopper.

Cleanliness, friendly staff, fantastic hot/cold self serve breakfast and dining area (all included), location to shops and access to the subways, beautifully appointed rooms with great views, great outdoor terrace on roof top with views of NYC and Hudson River.Small corridors and the traffic on the street outside the hotel. You will have to walk 2 mins to the main road to get a cab.one cab even dropped us at the corner to avoid entering the traffic.

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the city. Rooms we'reclean and very convenient to everywhere we went. Subway less than 500yards away. I would stay again.Small rooms, beds smaller than suggested on pictures. not suitable for for 2 people for more than 2 nights.
