Location; friendly and helpful staffInternet connection - the wireless connection was very unstable, I wasdisconnected every few minutes. The wired connection did not work atall. I asked it to be looked at in the morning, but no one took care ofit. In the evening I asked again (twice) but eventually the problem wasnever fixed. I rely on a good internet conneciton for my work. It iscrucial. I can not stay at a hotel with such unreliable internetservice. This is why I will not be coming back.

Great value for money,comfortable and clean,Fantastic locationFriendly staffBeing a small place (which was expected in NY), the only thing was that the walls were quite thin. We woke several times during the night to loud people in the hallway, and also the TV in the next room.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Also, I was expecting a packageand reception kept me up to date with the status of this, even after Ichecked out !They took our authorisation deposit twice, therefore leaving us with nocash for our trip. When in us always use a credit card and checkthey've not used your booking.com details to take the authorisationagain! Very poor.

The location and staff. We stayed at this hotel during the hurricane Sandy and since the power went out we needed more help than normal and we got it from the staff.

Was my first time at a Four Points Sheraton. I signed up for a frequentvisitor card. I thought the free water bottles in the room were anexcellent touch, also the free hot apple cider in the lobby was great.Similarly, while I did not personally take advantage of it, I loved theidea of the $5 reimbursement if you did not utilize housekeepingservice. Very smart. In my upcoming travel to nyc and other cities, Iwill now always try to stay at a Four Points Shertaon.Very small rooms, only 2 lifts, had to wait too long every time going up and down

My credit card (laser card) wouldn't work because I was from Ireland andreceptionist agreed that sometimes cards from different countries don'twork so they made an exception and took a cash deposit - They werelooking for $300 which would have been awkward for me to give as I wasgoing home the next day and didn't need this many additional cashdollars but I gave $60 and they accepted and it was really helpful ofthem to do this.The bathroom was lovely and spotless. Shampoo and shower gel was much nicer than in other hotels. When I rang reception asking could I stay an extra hour after checkout time they said no problem and were really friendly.Lovely strong shower.
