Location is great.Hotel is great as well.Limited room service menu, room was not cleaned early enough. Room notcleaned everyday. Cost more then it was worth. Beds were too low forolder people, room furniture not comfortable. Cost of parking notexplained properly. I specifically asked about the cost before I arrivedand I was misinformed.

Comfortable modern friendly helpful staff. Prefer more light in roomwith dark decor making room darker but junior king suite excellentespecially rain shower. Location excellent allowing walking access toles soho Gramercy Chinatown Little Italy Greenwich. I have a daughter innyu and in med school on the upper east side n I prefer to stay inThompson les.2 days the hair in shower drain was not removed/cleaned. Also I was in813 and was bothered by club noise some nights.

Very well done. Decor is tasteful, edgy, and comfortable.Location is perfect as we love the LES.Needed slippers on the wood floor, thankfully I brought my own.

Modern and sleek decor. Friendly staff.The sofa bed is a major minus. It's very unconfortable and so hard thatyou barely can't sleep on it.

I like the decor and the location. I try to stay in the lower east sideor meatpacking areas. This was my 4th or fifth time there and I havebeen solo and with family.

Comfortable beds, modern unfussy design, if a little dark.Everything in the room worked, the staff at the reception was efficient and helpful.Slippers would have been appreciated. Recommend not getting a roomabove/below rooms with balconies - can be noisy.

everything except hight of room.We requested a high floor, when booking. But we were given a room on the 9th floor.The load music coming from the barthat night kept us awake till gone 2am.On checking out ,we mentioned this, and was given the impression that she couldn't of card less.

Staff was noticeably friendlier then at other hotels in nyc we haveexperienced. On Monday morning I got back, my hands full, from pickingup coffees next door, when the asian gentlemen jumped out from behindthe reception and held the elevator door open and inserted the key andpressed my floor button. Well done. In addition, the king junior suitewas spacious, especially for the money we paid. We will be back forsure. Thank you.

The sexy ambiance, and the large shower.I did not know there were smoking rooms which is what we ended upgetting. Even the hallway wreaked of smoke. I probably could have gotour room changed but too inconvenient at the time. Beds were ok,slightly hard for my taste but not a dealbreaker.

Very chic, hip hotel. I was traveling with my 2 sons and friend, allaged early 20's who loved the hotel. Deluxe double room was very roomywith 2 queen beds, hard to find in Manhattan! Shower is fabulous!!!Ceiling rain shower head along with handheld and extra large stall.Great black out curtains so we slept in being from the West coast.Continental breakfast was included: bagels ( which were very good),toast, fresh oj, coffee Fresh fruit, granola, bacon cost extra.Unfortunately not the time of year to use the outdoor rooftop pool butwould love to return to use it.Location was terrific . so many cool bars, restaurants and boutique shopping.Subway close.Forget about the breakfast! Just book the room alone. The lounge could use an update.

Room was great- large for new york and well-designed.Subway and bus right across the street.Staff was very sweet and eager to please although not always effectiveDownsides - no coffee maker, and the late Saturday night party crowd was pretty noisy about 4 am
