Nice and well-kept garden and swimming pool. Good location, in a quiet area and about 10 minutes walk to the beach and the center of Khao Lak town. The accommodation was clean and comfortable.

The staff at the reception could speak English a little better, communication would be easier. Internet was inadequate, connections were interrupted.
