L’appartement était propre, avec une décoration moderne, mais aussi bien équipé. Les lits étaient confortables. Il y avait assez de vaisselle et de tasses dans la cuisine. Très bon emplacement avec un accès direct aux pistes de ski. La propriété se trouve à une courte distance du centre animé de Solden. Sur le toit, il y a une piscine et un excellent sauna. L’eau dans la piscine pourrait être quelques degrés plus chaude.
