L'apartament era net, amb una decoració moderna, i també estava ben equipat. Els llits eren còmodes. Hi havia prou plats i tasses a la cuina. Molt bona ubicació amb accés directe a les pistes d'esquí. La propietat es troba a poca distància del viu centre de Solden. A la terrassa hi ha una piscina i una gran sauna. L'aigua de la piscina podria estar uns graus més calenta.
