Please be informed that Phi Phi Phu Chalet Beach Resort offers a free one-way shuttle service via long-tail boat from Tonsai Bay to the property. The boat ride takes approximately 30 minutes.

Upon arrival at Tonsai Pier, guests are kindly asked to look for the resort sign. A on-site staff will be holding the sign with the resort's name on it.

This service is free only once during check-in (Tonsai Pier -> Resort). An additional fee will be applied for the transfer upon check-out from the resort to the mainland pier.

This service will be available as the following schedule:
● From Tonsai Pier to Resort:
11:30, 13:30, 16:00 and 17:00 hrs.

● From Resort to Tonsai Pier
08:00 and 12:00 hrs.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
