Clean, comfortable home

Deitmar and his wife are truly caring, neat, polite and delicate people.
The villa is beautiful, the house is clean, cozy, towels are changed, etc.
They drove me, showed me all the shops, gyms, helped me rent a car, buy a phone, negotiate the price with the Thais. On my own initiative, I was even embarrassed.
And it's all sincere, just to help.
Thank you very much!!

Nuances:
1. The house is not suitable for those who will do something loudly and hang out. There is silence here - a family vacation or for quiet people
2. Without a car is not an option - 15 minutes to the sea, to the store and to any other places - also only with a car
3. The house has 1 room, not 2 as the booking showed. However, Deitmar offered us a 2nd room in his house for free, if it was not comfortable to sleep in one.

Overall, I recommend it!!
