Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. Any reservation that exceeds this will not be allowed to take possession of the home and will be nonrefundable.
Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
A credit card will need to be updated and provided to the property shortly after the booking is confirmed to be on file for all incidentals. Property check-in details will not be released until this has been completed.客人在办理入住手续时须出示带照片的身份证件和信用卡。请注意：所有特殊要求均视住宿的供应情况而定，也可能收取额外费用。

请注意：您在抵达前须支付订单总额。会将附有付款详情的确认信发送给您。住宿在收到您的付款后，会将住宿地址和领取钥匙的地址等详细信息通过邮件发送给您。
