The staff was very friendly despite not speaking English very well. Check-in was quick and easy. The beds were quite comfortable. The room was relatively clean. The hotel is within walking distance of a metro station and close to Osaka Train Station.

The neighborhood at night around the hotel was a little scary because this part belongs to the poorer in Osaka and is neglected and dirty. You could meet a lot of homeless people.
