We would like to remind all our travelers that any prostitution activity is strictly illegal and prohibited in our accommodations. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. We thank you for following our rules and helping to maintain a safe and legal environment for all of our guests.

- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation: 100€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Return the accommodation in a suitable condition;
- The fridge must be emptied on departure: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Dishes must be washed and put away: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Garbage cans must be emptied (see location of rubbish bin/containers in the welcome booklet: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Close windows on departure;
- Do not damage, break or steal anything;
- Maximum departure time 11 a.m., unless otherwise specified. Any departure after the arrival of the cleaning service will incur a 50€ deduction from the security deposit.
- Avoid noise after 10 p.m. to respect the neighbors;
- It is forbidden to sleep in a bed without complete bed linen (pillowcases, comforter cover, sheet). 50€ will be deducted from the security deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- The condominium rules prohibit hanging out linen on the terrace or in the garden.
-Prostitution is strictly forbidden. Any suspicion will be immediately reported to the competent authorities as well as to the booking platform. We reserve the right to keep the deposit.
❗Important: Make sure to validate the deposit before 12 p.m. on the day of your arrival to obtain access to accommodation. After 7 p.m. the establishment staff will no longer be able to provide you with access to accommodation if the deposit has not been validated beforehand ❗Aquest allotjament no accepta comiats de solters o festes similars.
