This spacious, tall room, full of character, used to be part of the stable of the household; it features two boulder walls with arched niches as well as a number of antique decorations: a romantic pair of beds, a Saxon hanger with dozens of hand-painted ceramic plates from the area, Saxon cross-stitched wall hangings, a seating area with forged iron chairs and a table etc. It's really one of our favorite rooms.

This is probably the largest room of the house. It is decorated with city-style Saxon furniture from the area and it features a so-called Saxon bed, a high bed with a drawer that was traditionally used for sleeping or displaying the dowry pillows of the lady of the house. It features two painted hangers with antique printed or hand-painted ceramic from Transylvania, Saxon cross-stitched wall hangings and hand-loomed dowry pillows from Burzenland area.

We love this room.
