The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines

In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be picked up by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
