Please consider the following information:

🔑 Key & Access Policy
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee will apply:
€50 during office hours
€75 outside office hours

Replacement keys must be collected in person at our office.
🗑️ Waste Disposal
On the day of check-out, no garbage should be left inside the property.
Guests are required to remove all waste.
A €150 fee will be charged for improper waste disposal.




🛂 Guest Registration
Guest registration is mandatory by law:
Spain: Royal Decree 933/2021 (October 26)
Greece: Law 4446/2016
Shortly before arrival, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.


❄️ Air Conditioning Policy
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates on a timer:

14:00 – 16:00
20:00 – 08:00
This schedule is in place for environmental reasons and to prevent excessive use of the equipment.

请注意：您在抵达前须支付订单总额。会将附有付款详情的确认信发送给您。住宿在收到您的付款后，会将住宿地址和领取钥匙的地址等详细信息通过邮件发送给您。
该住宿不允许举办男性聚会、女性聚会或类似的聚会。
