When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

For individual bookings:
- Reservations from guests under 16 years old who stay alone in our units are not accepted, even with authorization from their legal guardian.
- Adults accompanied by minors must present authorization signed by the minor's legal guardian, if they are not the father or mother.
For group bookings:
- Groups in which the participants are minors, the person responsible for the group must sign a declaration, under oath, guaranteeing that they have authorization from the legal guardians of all minors in the group to stay in our unit.
- It is not mandatory to have adults in the rooms, but minors cannot book rooms/dorms without a private bathroom.
- The use of shared bathrooms by minors is not recommended.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
