The view of the Harbour Bridge lit up for Vivid Sydney.24 hour room service was super quick and reasonably priced.Front desk very courteousI had made a special request for a room facing the harbour bridge. I got a roon with a side view. A bit of a disappointment.

Just loved how close it was to the ferry terminal, made it so close to the city and Darling Harbour but no crazy crowds! The view was unbelievable, we dined (a gift) at the Rocks but chose an early sitting so that we could come back and enjoy the view. Loved the fact we could stroll through Wendy Whitely's beautiful, peaceful garden, what a bonus all that greenery framing our beautifiul harbour!! Our friends the Bromfield's recommended your hotel, I know they are always telling poeple the same, so I think you should seriously give them a free night, at the very least a discount voucher, they definitely direct custom your way.We were placed on the side directly over the train tracks which wererunning till late at night. Very noisy traffic from freeway. Mini bardrink choices were poor. Windows looking out at view in desperate needof tlc as your view was Hazed with dirt.

what we liked best was the view, it was the reason we chose the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable enough, the bed was great.We stayed on 2nd floor and train noise was noticeable- would request higher floor for future visits.

Room service food was amazing. Staff were quick and fuss free. Bed supercomfy and pillows were the best hotel pillows we have ever slept on.Nice bathroom as well.

The View of the Harbour with & without fog. :-)For the room rate at this hotel, in this high tech world, to charge for WIFI (and expensive charges at that.) We would have liked to use our iPod for planning but the fees were too high. The lifts were under repair, just our luck, only one worked. The train noise even from the sixth floor was wakening in the morning hours.
