If you plan to arrive outside the regular check-in hours, please contact the property by telephone at least 24 hours before check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

In case of cancellation within the free cancellation period, guests will be reimbursed in the days following their cancellation.

Payment is only possible by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Please note that city tax is due upon arrival.

For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests.

For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

Please note that only 1 pet per accommodation is permitted for an extra charge of 12 EUR per day.

For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival.
