Guests planning to arrive outside of reception opening hours are requested to call the property in advance in order to arrange a check-in time. Check in: keys are to be collected at 1 rue JP Poumayrac Mail de Rochelongue 34300 Cap d'Agde. Please note that only 1 pet per accommodation is allowed, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day. For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival.
