Located in the seaside town of Argelès-sur-Mer, this residence offers a large outdoor swimming pool and a spa with a hot tub. Private parking is free on site and the beaches are 2.5 km away.
The modern apartments and houses include free WiFi access and a TV. Some of the accommodations feature a furnished terrace and the private bathrooms include a bathtub. Each accommodation offers one parking place.
A microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator are provided in the kitchenettes at the residence. There is also a restaurant open from June to September.

Please note that for stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge
All bathers must wear swimwear (traditional swim briefs, one or two-piece swimsuit). For hygiene reasons, long wetsuits, swimming shorts, and more generally all loose clothing, are prohibited. The pool area is prohibited for people dressed other than in the swimsuits mentioned above.
For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival.
