Reception opening hours: - every day between 09:00-12:00 and 16:00-19:00 until 20:00 on Saturdays in July and August. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please contact Vacancéole after booking to get all the necessary information regarding your stay (reception opening hours, access to the property, contact details, additional services available, things to do in the area and other practical information). For any request related to an accommodation with disability access, please contact the property directly. Cheques Vacances holiday vouchers are not an accepted method of payment. The city tax is due upon arrival. If guests don’t clean the kitchenette, extra fees will be charged.

Check-in takes place at Agde Vacancéole reception located 1 rue JP Poumayrac Mail de Rochelongue 34300 Cap d'Agde.

For stays of 1 to 3 nights: Bed linen and towels are provided. A change of linen and towels is available upon request, subject to an additional charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes, which must be cleaned by guests.

For stays of 4 nights or more: Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but can be provided for an additional charge.
