The service was very nice. Great location, in the very center of Trabzon, close to the main attractions and bus stops. Within easy walking distance of shops and cafes. The room was clean and quite spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not very varied but sufficient. Unfortunately, the hotel is located by the road, it was very noisy, even with the windows closed. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
