Our apartment is designed to offer you comfort and style in a carefully curated environment, so you can feel right at home.
Key collection is available at our Hostmate office, located at Via Mauro Macchi 41, just a short walk from Milano Centrale Station. The service is available from 11:00 to 18:00.
After collecting the keys, you may go to the apartment to drop off your luggage. Please note that check-in is guaranteed from 15:00, when the apartment will be ready and cleaned for your stay. We cannot guarantee early access before this time.
Upon request, it is possible to book key delivery directly at the apartment from 15:00, by 18:00 of the previous day. This additional service is subject to a fee, based on the arrival time:
Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00: EUR 15 (VAT included)
Check-in from 18:00 to 21:00: EUR 20 (VAT included)
Check-in from 21:00 to 24:00: EUR 40 (VAT included)
Please note that loss or damage of the keys will incur a charge.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as follows: EUR 20 between 6 pm and 9 pm, EUR 40 between 9 pm and midnight. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. If you have any special requests or would like to arrange additional services, please let us know in advance – we will be happy to accommodate your needs to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
