Check-in Policy: Guests must check in before 11:00 p.m. After this time, reservations will be considered a "no-show" and canceled. Late arrivals between 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. are permitted only with prior written approval from the property and are subject to a €35 cash fee per hour, payable upon check-in.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. Cleanliness: Please help us maintain a clean environment by tidying up the Shared Bathroom after use.

Food Policy: For hygiene reasons, we ask that food not be brought into the rooms. Guests are responsible for cleaning and disposing of any food-related waste. Communal Areas: Personal belongings, including shoes and clothing, should not be left in communal spaces.

Behavior and Visitors: Unauthorized visitors, disruptive behavior, or entering the property in a state of heavy intoxication will result in the loss of your €400 deposit, immediate cancellation of your stay, and potential reporting to local authorities.

Bicycles: Bringing bicycles into the property without prior authorization will incur a fee of €45 per bicycle.

Security: Please note that for your safety, a security camera is installed in the hall. On-Site Owner: The property owner resides on-site and is available for assistance.
