Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept stag, hen or similar large group bookings. Please note: There is no reception. The property offers a self check in key box collection service from 2.30PM onwards. The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor and guests will be sent check in details around 24/48hrs prior to arrival. If you have not received check in details 24hrs prior to arrival, please call 0114 3995100. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. Quite Hours are between 22.00 and 09.00. In some instances we may require a damage deposit of £200. The property would request this 2-3 days before arrival by credit card, and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check out subject to an inspection of the property.
