Boasting a marina setting, the Ship and Trades is located in Chatham, 1.9 miles from Gillingham Train Station and offers free parking.

The contemporary bar, restaurant and hotel overlooks one of the yacht basins at the former Royal Naval Dockyard. It has waterfront seating with views of the boats and views across the River Medway onwards to Upnor Castle.
