Staff so happy to help in every way. Room was very nice and surprisinglyquiet. The location is perfect only 2 blocks from the subway or busline, great restaurants around every corner in 4 directions, food marketacross the street open 24 hours, pharmacy just up one block .perfectin every way for a lovely trip to ny for a weekend or a extended visit.WONDERFUL.it's in a 100 yr. Old building but walking up to it, withit's large over the sidewalk canopy gives you a warm feeling. Smalllobby, warm and inviting and though the rooms are not shiny andspectacular looking.nonetheless they are very clean and tidy, beds arevery comfortable, plenty of hot water and a great place to crash at theend of a long day of touring the city. Recommend to anyone.Nothing really

The location of the hotel was it's biggest selling point for us, plus reasonable price.

The location was great! Staff very friendly and helpfull. Not luxurious but neat and clean with newly updated bathrooms and handy hideaway kitchen.Would stay here againThe staff were not very helpful and lacked a certain courtesy.It would have been better to have an electric kettle and nice to have had milk tea and coffee in the room. There was no washing up liquid.

This hotel was only 2 blocks from Grand Central where we came intothe city. A very quick walk. I have to admit.I Expected it to be aroach hotel so reasonable and the local so great. It was theopposite. Clean Even had a small stove and fridge! Very clean. I have nocomplaints at all! Great value.Could not regulate the heat. Just had to open the window.
