A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:00. Late check-in fee:
EUR 20 from 20:00 until 22:00;
EUR 40 from 22:00 until 00:00;
EUR 60 from 00:00 until 01:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.

For Stay Longer than 10 days utilities (gas, electricity and water) are not included.
