We have two four poster rooms with king-size beds, featuring a blend of Georgian high ceilings, cornices and shuttered windows with mahogany furniture and antiques. One of these rooms has a Philippe Starck walk-in shower and the other has a traditional bathroom with shower over. Please specify your preference when booking. A mixture of country-style and contemporary rooms, along with one of the oldest in the hotel - 600 years (Room 3). Here lies the original priest's hole used by the clergy to escape capture! One ground floor room (5) has been designed with easy access for the less able bodied. It is soon to have a large walk-in shower. There are limited views of the walled garden, mostly overlooking the walled, private car park. Please note that the kitchen fan, which goes off entirely during the night, can be faintly heard in the rooms by those who are sensitive to noise.
