The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly.The place was veryclean with a lovely reception area. The room had it all and very compactthe price was excellent it had a fridge and good size tv the locationwas excellentSmall rooms especially the shower. Window was small and high above sight.

Hotel staff - the best I ever came across. From the moment I entered thehotel and asked how far is Harrods, receptionist printed directionspromptly, even went outside with me to make sure I take the right turn.They had no problems with leaving my suitcase at the reception until late on the day of my checkout (even said you can collect tomorrow if you like :)It was fab to have a microwave and a wee fridge in to room.I did expect smaller room, so it was no surprise, but I prefer smallerbut fresh room at the great location compared to larger shabby room atthe outskirts.

Good location, staff very friendly and helpful, the room was clean with good bed and flat screen TV with good channels.The room could have been a little larger.

Newly renovated, slick, modern, clean.Room was tiny with only one small flat surface to put things on. Toiletseat was unhinged and couldn't sit on it without it coming off.Toiletries did not include shampoo/conditioner. These are minordetails which can be fixed. My major complaint is that I returned to thehotel at 2:30 A.M. after being out with friends and the front door waslocked, lights out at the reception and no one answered the door buzzer.It took me one hour of buzzing and trying to phone (the number on theirbusiness card didn't work), standing out in the cold. I went to thehotel across the street to book a room to sleep in (Best Western) andbefore I finalized the booking, went back to ring again at the Jade. Thegroggy night receptionist finally came to the door. He mumbled that hehadn't heard me (obviously since he was asleep). No entryrestrictions were communicated when I checked in, so this wasunacceptable.

The hotel has a very good location near to Earl's Court underground station, it is very clean and staff is very friendly.Maybe the room is a bit too small but is quite usual for London

The room is really new and the bed is super comfy.Room are a bit small, and there are only stairs at the front door so very hard to get the luggage up to the hall, a slope will be nice.

Location was practical for trips in to the City.We were initially offered a 'coffin' in the basement as a 'room'. After discussions with the reception staff we were given a bigger room. But we had to move after two nights, in to a different room.The WiFi was useless. On the first night, I spent over an hour trying to connect. The reception attendant came to the room and tried to help, to no avail. On the second day I was able to connect, but the service dropped out, usually within 5-10 minutes. IT appears as if the hotel has a single account to use on BT Direct. Once you log in, you get a conncection until the next customer tries the same thing. Then you're out again

The hotel was nice, people friendly, well located. The small kitchenincluded in the piece of furniture is a very good idea. Tea- coffee : ok.The very very big problem is the noise. I spent 2 awful nights,impossible to sleep because of the noise of a pump of water. My bedroomwas certainly near the boiler where the water pump operated overnight.My bedroom was lg4 I mean in the basement and when I complain thereceptionist said that he knew the problem of this pump!!! If you gothere (because the place is really nice and well decorated) refuse thebedroom in the basement because I am sure that above the ground floorthere is no problem.

Great location, extremely close to Earls Court tube station. Clean, modern room. Liked the little mini kitchen. Comfy bed, quiet at night and nice shower. Very nice staff, in an authentic way, and not in a programmed way like at the bigger chains.Bigger window would have been nice.

Great location very close to Earls Court tube. Friendly staff which offered later chack out.Modern and brand new hotel. Kitchen stuff in room.The room I had was a bit awkwardly laid out, with the tv being on a diagonal to the bed, which was the only place to sit and watch. However, this really wasn't that big of a deal. The sink in the bathroom was really close to the toilet, which made using the restroom awkward, but other than that, everything worked fine.

Great price for Zone 1 London location.Recently renovated to a modern, high standard, comfy beds, great bathrooms with fantastic showers. Large TV. Air con. Friendly staff. Free Wifi. Kitchenette in rooms is ideal for me.I have stayed here on business for 3 months or so, and highly recommend this hotel for someone who needs a cost effective, clean and modern hotel, in a great location in central London.No parking for disabled poor heat control need more info in bedroom refacilities in room and hotel

Nieuw hotel dat prima praktische kamers (weliswaar klein maar wel zeer schoon en modern) heeft zeer centraal gelegen in London (op 2 minuten lopen van Earl's Court).We stayed in the family room which was their largest room, but was very tiny.The pull out couch for our granddaughter was as hard as the floor.The internet reception was poor.The room was clean, but the previous guests had left toothbrushes , toothpaste and other used toiletries and they were not removed before our stay.

My stay at The Jade started out excellent, with a very friendly and welcoming greeting by the receptionist Emma. She was the most open to chatting of anyone I met during my entire trip to the UK, which as an American, was a nice change of pace from the typical Brits I met who seemed rather closed off, and when traveling alone, it was a nice bonus just to talk to someone.When I left in the morning, the early morning receptionist was one of the only people who opened a door for me during my trip, and was very courteous in offering to help me with my luggage. The other really nice feature of this hotel is how close it is to the Earl's Court Underground Station. Even though I had a lot of luggage, it was a short, two minute walk to get to the hotel, which is on the street directly across from the north entrance to the Station. The Earl's Court Station is a big station, and offers the option to board several different Underground lines, so being close to such a station is a nice bonus. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area, especially if you're on a budget.
