The staff at check-in was very nice and friendly. The room was tidy. The bed was comfortable. Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, just off Galway's beautiful Eyre Square. Very close to shops, restaurants and bars. The breakfast was good. Overall a nice hotel. A bit small bathroom, the bathroom could use a shelf for cosmetics.
