Excellent value for money. Excellent location for Dublin sights and entertainment.As I booked on the same day through booking.com the booking had notappeared on the system and it took some time to check-in.

the location was exelent,rooms clean and large comfortabel bedOn arriving at the hotel we were a bit dispointed as photo on web site showed large fire and xmas tree .Booked two rooms twin room renovated recently double room tired and old.So spoke to duty Manager Colin who moved us to excecutive room which was new and cosy and made our two nights better .

Superb central location. Very good value.Location, noisy room, poor services, no free Internet in a so called 4star, room small.Will not be recommending and not returning. Grossly overpriced for standard. When I called the hotel directly I was routed to an Asian person who had very poor English and we could not understand each other.

location was perfect for getting around townPoor drop-off facility. The bay outside was occupied by a coach when we drew up. The receptionist could not produce a written guide how to get to the (good ) parking at RCSI.Useless, disinterested staff in the bar - might as well have pouredthe pint myself.Exorbitant, irritating charge for Internet. Why do this? Make it free to use.Not enough tables for breakfast. Had to ask each morning for marmalade and wait 8-10 minutes for it. Chef can't cook fried eggs. Bacon tough, tomatoes tasteless. Overall poor quality and staff seemed hard working but poorly managed.

The was big and very comfortable, a king size bed I think. The receptionalways try to do everything to enjoy you during the stay.The wifi isn't free.NEVER! Neither in the room, either in the hall. 3stars hotel offer a free wifi, it's very strange that a four star onedoesn't do that. And there were not many free tv channels, you have todo to see films, to listen to the music etc. the bar, that is under thehotel, was very expensive! We paid 8 euro for a bottle of water!

Found the staff very helpfuland professional.in particular Elizabeth and Colin. We also asked another member of staff if she could recommend a restaurant nearby and she also gave us a good choice. I should say that when I was looking to book a hotel in Dublin I looked at the reviews and was almost put off by the number of complains on the reviews. This was certainly not my experience and I certainly do not look at things through rose coloured glasses.residents bar not available on return from a night out

The room was lovley and very spacious, great amenities in the room, location is fantastic and value for money was excellent.Decided to stay in Dublin an extra night rate of 235 euro which i declined i checked on line and booked the same room for 54 euro. N.Bi intend to alert Tripadvisor and Dublin tourism to this practice.

The room and bathroom were great and surprisingly quiet considering the central location. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the resptionist Georgina.I found the room numbering confusing, but a very nice man directed me to the correct floor.The biggest disadvantage is the lack of car parking.Having to park at the Royal College of Surgeons is not convenient given the one way systems and the rain in Ireland.

Friendly staff and great location.Cost of room very expensive, and neither breakfast or wifi was included in the rate. You should maybe compare your tariff/rates with the Camden Court Hotel which I would say is equivalent in standard, if not better, and the above is included at a 30% cheaper rate. I most definitely will not be staying again at those tariffs.

The fact that the Hotel does not host large functions and parties means it is a lovely escape to a quiet and tastefully decorated bar, after shopping in the city centre.A little oasis of calm!A good restaurant in the hotel would be nice!

The only problem was when I wasnted to put names on the rooms I booked this proved a difficulty for the receptionist as I had the group booked through booking .com. when the guests arrived they could not find out what rooms they were in.
