Very convenient location, in the very center of Dublin, within walking distance of all the main attractions and interesting places in the city. Near many places where you could eat. The staff was nice and knowledgeable.

Small bathroom, especially a shower. Poor breakfasts.

The staff were very helpful. The bed was lovely.The location in the Temple Bar region was great and surrounded by great restaurants and pubs.No shortcomings. Perhaps a fridge could increase the comfort on hot summer days but that is not indispensable in Ireland.

Myself and my friends had an amazing time the staff were ALL lovely and hotel was realy modern and spotlessWi-fi was included in our booking, but we had to prove it every day to get access coupon, which was valid for 1 day.

Location, ok breakfastReception staff were polite but not particularly welcomming. However,breakfast staff were very pleasant!Breakfast was a little disappointing.Expecting some traditional Irish food such as soda bread or potato cakes (as we'd had in Belfast) but it was very basic.

the location to the heart of Dublin was excellent.lot of noise from bin lorries during the night.we were told by staff to request a quieter room when booking again. staff nice & friendly.

Location, great breakfastIf I was twenty one years old the noise from the bars at night may nothave bothered me so much as I would have been out with them. If youcan't party every night and need to get some rest, I suggestasking for a room that is away from the alley. Other than that, nocomplaints. :)

I liked the location of the hotel. The room was very clean and nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was also very safe n secure for being in the centre of town. I would go back.Single room was too small, Wi-Fi access restriction and connectivity, Direction of bed to TV (difficult to watch TV).

Dublin had it's party hat on for the Heineken Cup Final. The atmosphere was amazing and the Dubliners so very welcoming.Free Wi-Fi for 30 minutes and then a 5 Euro charge applied.

Perfectly located in city centre, convenient to take a bus to theairport. Surrounded by irish bars. The staff were nice and kind. It wasa very pleasant journey in dublinLimit of 30 minutes free wi fi per stay.Hard beds, not comfortable.No complimentary breakfast.We paid 209 euro and 169 euro (2 stays) for a room with no breakfast included!!!

Hospitality, Staff, Location, CleanNo shampoo or toiletries but later found out the thing I was using for a towel holder actually had soap in it.Can't control your room temperature.Heat only on from 6 to 10 a.m. and p.m. but staff did provide me with space heater. Shower configuered oddly
