The breakfast staff, especially Juanita & Mohhamed were most helpful.Food was good, however the rooms are ridiculously small. I can't imagine staying in a room that small another time.Parts of the Hotel are done up and others are not.Price!

Staff very Helpful. Bus route nearby very handy. Had lunch and Food was good.Bedroom was very small and ensuite tiny but clean. Ok fora short break but the mattress on the bed is toohard so I found it hard to sleep.

Modern, clean and friendly. Exactly what I expect, want from a city hotel. Would definitely stay again.Misleading pictures of the room at the time of booking- We booked a 'superior standard' but at check in we were offered a room advertised, on the website, as 'standard double'. Also, carpet refurbishment was in progress in the corridor outside our room for two days during our 4-day stay, since 8:30 am, without being informed in advance.

Great room size with sitting room area, plenty of storage, a dining spot and plenty of room around the bed, really quiet room with a window into a light well, good sized bathroom with plenty of room to move about and a large glass shower with dual heads, king size bed and cotton bedding, close to so many things and great tube accessRoom was quite small.Managed as solo traveller with a big suitcase, but room could be a challenge for two people!

I like the fact that our room came with a surprise kitchenette and a small yard. The room was clean and the decor was very modern. The bathroom was quite luxurious-The room is to small and it's expensive for nothing.the breakfast shouldbe included with the room price. Also, there is no fridge in the roomالفندق جدا سيء الغرفه صغيره جدا ولايوجد بها ثلاجه الفطور جدا سيئ وغالي وليس ضمن سعر الغرفه لا أنصح بهذا الفندق ابدا

Liked everyone spoke spanish, that was refreshing for a Mexican customer :).Staff was very caring, great service. Modern decoration.It was a bit too pricy for how small the room was.

Efficient and effective, courteous friendly staff, served good food.Stylish, clean, uncluttered rooms.Taxi booked by reception staff at end of stay was very expensive and inexcess of black cab rates.

I only stayed at the Caesar Hotel for my 1st night in London which was apresent to me from a family member. I found it to be very pleasant,staff friendly & helpful, the room was very clean, the corridors coulddo with being done up, breakfast was lovely and the location was good.In context with some of the bigger hotels around the price was a bit on the high side for the night and breakfast was extra!Printer did not work in small business area. When asked the front deskif they could print a doc for me off of my memory stick, I was told Iwould have to go to my room to send it to them in an email and then theywould print if off! Very stupid response.the hotel, while nice, does not suit a businessman's needs very well.I will not be staying there in the future as a business traveler.

Location is great.Easy walk from paddington station and to Kensington Palace. Room was very clean, quiet and modern.Air Conditioning minimum temperature has been set to 19 degrees C. Inlondon, in Summer, this is too warm

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Caesar Hotel. I stayed atanother hotel in the area which was not available for this trip. I wasprepared for the single room to be very small as reported by otherreviews. I am not sure if I received a nicer room category that I paidfor, but I had plenty of room! The bathroom was small but fullyfunctional and well-maintained. The staff at the front desk was alwayshelpful and pleasant. I am considering staying here again this summerfor some leisure travel with my husband.Rooms are tiny. There was a fit-out in the hotel during my stay, a little noise and not very clean reception area.

The staff is extremely helpful.the room is a bit small but is soclean & adequately comfort. The interior design for the hotel givesyou ambience of a luxurious, prestigious hotel.The location is great; where the hotel is few steps away from Hyde Park & KeingstonGardens . In addition to the Bus stops &Lancaster Underground areas as well close by.Noise heard from hallway. Hard, thin pillows. Drafty window.
