Situated within 200 metres of Miramar Beach and 15 km of Destin Harbor Boardwalk, Surfside Resort features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Destin. The property has sea views and is 22 km from Fort Walton Beach Park and 12 km from Big Kahunas. The holiday home has a hot tub, outdoor pool and picnic area, and guests can grab a bite to eat in the restaurant.

All units in the holiday home are fitted with a coffee machine. Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. The units are equipped with heating facilities.
