Compfortable beds and nice breakfast. Easy accsess to my training.Friendly people.That our thru flight got cancelled. It took 1hr30 mins for the sharedhotel shuttle to pick us up.

We never stayed in your chain before. We got stuck during in dallasduring the aa national grounding. We didnt want to stay at airportovernight. Looked to see what hotel was clise to airport and had a roomleft. We had expected very little and were happily surprised. Clean,very comfortable beds. Desk person that evening was very nice. I thinkhis name was Chris.I had to ask about everything no info was provided

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was adequate.The air conditioner wasn't in perfect shape.

Proximity to airportHelpful staffBreakfastshuttle Buscomfy bedsThe fact that I was without my jacuzzi tub for 2 days due to it needingto be "turned on" at the front desk. They only gave me $25.00back for the room. I paid more than double a regular room just for thejacuzzi tub. Also in the notes section for the hotel while booking Irequested lots of pillows due to back problems and having to prop myselfup. When I inquired at the front desk as to where the pillows were hesaid "we are all booked and we have no extra. Besides, we do notsee the notes the booking site has you input". As you can imagine,I was upset. Any other hotel in town would have gladly accomidated myrequest and only charged me the standard room rate for the jacuzzisituation. Also I waited a very long time for the shuttle at theairport. Not happy with the staff at all.

I was very pleased with the facility but I doubt that I will ever stay there again UNLESS there is a different airport pickup service.I wanted returned a rental car to the airport the night before my early morning flight departure.I asked the Motel staff if that was acceptable and was assured that it was.I returned the car and called for pickup as per instructions.I was told the wait would be 20-30 minutes.When no one came at 30 minutes, I called the motel to be certain that I was clear which door and level I should be at.(I was in the correct place.)At 43 minutes after the inital call (cell phone time confirmed), the first Hotel Connections van finally showed up.I was informed the van was full and that I would have to wait.When I said I had already been waiting at that point 45 minutes, the driver smirked and said well I must have been waiting in the wrong place.I watched three Super 8 South vans pass in the length of time the ONE Hotel Connections van came by.I called the Motel staff again, told them about the full van, and asked when another van would come.I was informed shortly.Eventually I got to the motel an hour and 15 minutes after I called at almost 11:30 at night. My understanding is that the motel is 3 miles from the airport.If it would have been safe, I would have been better off walking.

The bed was great.The room updated and clean. great TV, fridge.Breakfast was good. My sister booked the Sleep Inn on way back from our trip and it did not compare to your hotelWaited more than an hour to be picked up at the airport . finally had to take a private taxi there.They told everyone they'd be picked up in 30 minutes and none of us were. - Phone communication was difficult; there's another Super 8 at the airport and they're linked into a reservation board within the terminal.Had to use separate phone to reach Irving Super 8.

Very close to the airport and to an outlet mall. Good value for the room, wifi, and quality breakfast included.This maybe a nit, an automatic door for the entrancewould help when entering with luggage.Due to massive highway construction can be difficult to get to.Highway traffic and plane noise (but you are at the airport).
