Sunset Residence is located 300 metres from the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, walking distance to a nice square with restaurant and woolworths supermarket.

Cape Town’s city centre with its restaurant and shopping facilities is only a 20-minute-drive away. The residence consist of 2 villas, 1 housing 3 separate entrance apartments and the other offering 5 separate entrance apartments.

All self-catering accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen and access to an outdoor pool. The Residence offers a 24-hour front desk providing express check-in/check-out. Other facilities include free Wi-Fi.

Guest can enjoy water sports at the neighbouring Sunset Beach, such as kite- and windsurfing.

The Milnerton Golf Course is located only 1 km away as well. The residence has a generator and is not affected by load shedding.
