Someone will meet the guest on location. Please be prepared to pay the CHECK-IN FEE in CASH directly to your check-in assistant in exchange for the keys. The check-in fee rates: 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) Please note that check-in after midnight is NOT guaranteed. As an exception, you may request a late check-in in advance, and the check-in fee will start from 90€.

Apartment is available for long-term stays (starting from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with the supporting documents to fulfill the requirements for BAIL MOBILITÉ (Mobility Lease): - 1 piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall) - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational) - proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account. A mobility lease (Bail Mobilité) will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the requested supporting documents, and an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure.

该住宿不允许举办男性聚会、女性聚会或类似的聚会。
