The price was affordable. The studio was clean and comfortable. Good location, to the center about 25 minutes walk, in the area there is a market, bakery, restaurants and stalls with fresh fruits and vegetables. The main attractions of the city are about 2 km away.

There is no information that the kitchen is shared for three rooms.
