The staff was very nice and attentive. Excellent location, in the center of Madrid, virtually all attractions are within easy reach. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was easy to access many important places in Madrid. The room was good, but it could have been a little bigger. It would be nice if there was coffee and tea in the room.
