Our six light and spacious Luxury Sea View bedrooms overlook the central garden on New Steine and offer spectacular views of the Brighton Seafront, which can be enjoyed from either the comfort of your king size bed, from your very own window seat, and even from your bath. The contemporary fireplace provides a cosy ambience and en-suite facilities include either a Japanese or freestanding bath to compliment the walk-in shower.

Our flagship Suite, also lovingly known as the ‘upside down Penthouse’, occupies the entire lower ground floor of one of the two Grade II listed buildings that form the Square Townhouse. The Suite boasts a sumptuous reception room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a reading nook, a master bedroom featuring a super king size bed and a freestanding bath, and a separate walk-in shower suite. With the added bonus of its own private street entrance via the lower ground floor at the front of the property, The Hemsley Suite really is a home away from home. Perfect for honeymoons and long-term stays, cocktail receptions, meetings – this versatile space can be used for whatever your heart desires.

Our one and only Superior Sea View room is situated at the very top of the property on the fourth floor. Complete with a king size bed and en–suite shower room, the room overlooks the New Steine central garden and provides stunning views of the seafront and the English Channel.

Our Snugs are ideal for those wanting to get away from it all. Located at the rear of the Townhouse on the Ground and Lower Ground Floors, with no views to speak of, they provide the perfect space to hide away for some peace and relaxation, only moving from the luxurious comfort of your Double bed to step into your en-suite Shower Room!

Our three Superior Kings are situated at the rear of the Townhouse with inland views, the higher floors featuring rooftop views of the city. Larger than our Cosy Kings, each Superior King is furnished with a contemporary fireplace and an en-suite Shower Room.

Featuring free toiletries, this double room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bath and a hairdryer. This double room has a minibar, a tea and coffee maker, flat-screen TV, as well as chocolate for guests. The unit has 1 bed.

The Hemsley Junior Suite is situated at the front of the Townhouse on the Lower Ground Floor next to its ‘big brother’, The Hemsley Suite, and also offers its own private street entrance. This spacious and stylish Suite welcomes you into a luxurious Reception Room which leads into the Master Bedroom with its freestanding bath and walk-in Shower Suite.
