Please Note That:
All Guests Must Vacate The Property By 10:00 AM Unless A Late Check-Out Has Been Verified, Agreed Upon With The Host, And Paid For (USD 40).

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of $100 per stay, per pet. Be advised that pet weight cannot exceed 25lbs

If A Guest Or Any Member Of Their Party Remains At The Property After 10:00 AM Without Prior Arrangement, The Following Fees Will Apply:
- USD 200 For The First Hour After 10:00 AM.
- An Additional USD 100 For Each Hour After 11:00 AM.

If A Late Check-Out Is Requested And Paid 24 Hours In Advance, The New Check-Out Time Will Be 12:30 PM.
If Guests Remain After 12:30 PM, An Additional Fee Of USD 200 Will Apply For The First Hour, And USD 100 For Each Additional Hour, Starting At 1:30 PM.
