The rates for all apartments include housekeeping twice a week, while garbage will be collected every day. For any extra requirements, please confirm with management upon checking in, fees may apply.

We have limited pet-friendly Apartments. Please confirm with Hotel when booking to ensure availability. When traveling with pets and you have not booked a pet-friendly rate, please note that an extra charge of $60 per pet, per (night/stay) applies.

Charges apply for making sofa beds ($40 single and $80 king).

Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa, or Mastercard, and 2% for American Express or Diners Club credit card.

When booking 3 or more rooms, different policies, prepayment and additional supplements may apply.

Bookings from areas within metropolitan Melbourne may not be accepted when made within 24 hours of arrival. Any bookings made without an address provided will not be confirmed until a valid ID and residential address is provided. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry on the above basis.

A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card.
