The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a very nice atmosphere. We really liked the location, in a nice and safe area, within walking distance of public transport and some of the places we wanted to visit. There are many pubs and restaurants in the area. The room was quite small for 3 people but it was as described:).

Everything. From its style to things in a room. Good location near Chinatown, Little Italy and 2 nearest subway stations.Great reception, very friendly staffs. I asked them to store my baggages after checking out and they said yes without charge. Nice and clean room with good brand bath stuffs, a dryer, soft bed and pillows, a big screen TV, free bottles of water. Wifi is free and available in a room. Overall was very good and very budget compared with other hotels in NYC.Nothing. I will be back again definitely!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, larger than I was used to in New York City. The Soho location was perfect, close to Little Italy restaurants, close to a great bakery and breakfast spot, and a nice safe place to walk around.I liked everything.
