The hotel has shuttle service that will take you to where you want to go. We parked our car in the secure parking garage and it stayed there the entire trip. We asked the shuttle driver for a good place to eat and in turn made our reservation for us. He also gave us an appetiser for my birthday and the selabration of a house purchase. GREAT STAFF!!!Hot tub had too much chemicals, made chest hurt after just a few seconds of breathing the warm air.

Very convenient to the city.Very clean.I didn't know until I arrived late in the evening that there were no restaurant or bar facilities. You sould make that clearer to guests when booking. However there are facilities nearby so it was not too much of a problem.

The front desk staff and drivers were excellent.The pool was a bit cloudy.My son developed ear infection the day after he swam in it.There was no soap in the shower by the pool. Plenty of clean towels.

Everything. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the manager Carson is so helpful. The breakfast has a good choice and th shuttle is such a bonus.The pool was a bit cloudy.My son developed ear infection the day after he swam in it.There was no soap in the shower by the pool. Plenty of clean towels.

Nice size rooms. Clean, comfortable, comfortable beds, good batharrangement, nice view, great front desk, good breakfast. Can't sayenouoght about the shuttle service took us any place we asked. Youshoud feel really good about your staff and their service. Impressive!!Parking stalls were very small, but at least it was secure AND free!

I liked the friendliness of the staff. Very helpful. Location was nice and not far from downtown.Small parking spaces. Very hard to get out of your car by opening the door without bumping the car next to you.

I liked the no fee parking, the shuttle service, the quiet room, the comfortable beds and pillows, the cleanliness of the room and the breakfasts!I didn't know until I arrived late in the evening that there were no restaurant or bar facilities. You sould make that clearer to guests when booking. However there are facilities nearby so it was not too much of a problem.
