Group Bookings over 4 Rooms will be required to pay a 50% deposit 2 months prior to arrival, or at the time of booking if the arrival date is within 2 months of the booking being made. Should the guest wish to cancel their group booking (4 rooms or more), cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of the arrival date. In this instance, the 50% deposit will be refunded.
