The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Conveniently located, close to the main train and bus station and also attractions in the center of Gothenburg. The room was clean with nice décor. The bed was comfortable. Good bathroom. Nice jacuzzi but had to be booked in advance but it is free. The room could have a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.
