• On the day of arrival, an inspection of the property will be carried out together with the owner. • Before entering, it will be necessary to provide the ID or passport of all the people who will be staying. • The delivery of keys and check-in will be subject to the payment of the deposit and the total stay. • The tenant must sign a rental contract at the time of delivery of the keys in the apartment itself. • This contract will include: The duration of the stay; The costs involved (Deposit, Cleaning...).
