Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The room has a simple bathroom. The staff was very friendly. Good location, close to many shops and restaurants and a park. Near the cathedral, about 15 minutes walk. It was easy to walk to the sights. No breakfast. All in all a pleasant hotel located in the heart of Santiago.
