The cost per washing machine is $5000 one-time payment. upon request.

Guest not shown in the reservation, must pay $500 per person for each day.

Lose key/Tag, must pay $1500 for lock replacement.

Leave the kitchen clean and wash dishes, avoid cleaning costs.

Any damage to the property or furniture will be charged.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property, if you smoke, do it outside and clean the area.

Take the trash to the container for hygiene.

If you bring a pet, you must wash and pick up waste including hair.

If the guest is 15 minutes late after checkout, 3 extra days will be charged.

Any non-compliance will have an additional cost for deep cleaning.

Unforeseen events in services such as electricity, water, internet, pool or other services are beyond our control. We will not make compensation for such unforeseen events
