+ The receptionist, the Polish woman was very nice and kind, she helped us organize our time, she knew the bus and metro lines to the selected facilities. + Provided information on where it is best to eat meals. +Great location for your stay in London, close to the Underground, there are many pubs and pubs around the hotel. + The room was nice and clean, it was cleaned every day. - Poor breakfasts.

Good location close to Earls Court tube station.This could be a lovely boutique hotel but is very outdated and tatty. Wewere put in an attic room which was very basic with worn furniture andcracked tiles in the bathroom. We asked to be moved and had a betterroom with a balcony but with the smallest bathroom we have ever seen! Itwas very overpriced even taking into account it was during the Olympics.The photographs are very misleading.

Located literally within a minute's walk from Earl's Court undergroundstation, around the corner - very convenient. Rooms are of moderatesize and cozy; the ceilings are amazingly high, making the roomvisually bigger. I had an antique table in my room which was verysweet. Breakfasts are very nice for a 3 star hotel. The staff isexceptionally friendly.I sällskapet hade ungdomarna rummet på nedre våningen som inte var i så fräscht skick. Och det drog rejält från fönstret.
